The Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See is just 5 Kilometer drive from the Pension. Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in Kaprun is 30 minutes drive, and Saalbach- Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometer of piste is only 12 kilomter away. The free ski bus stop is 150 meter from the Pension.
Maishofen also offers 30 kilometers of cross country trails and a small ski area for beginners and children. There is also a tobaggan run, a sleigh ride and ice skating facilities.
